The Jayygroup of Companies was established in the early 70's by Mr. J.D.Barai (B.E, M.B.A ).
We were originally Distributors for several Companies. Indian Dyestuff Industries
( a part of the Mafatlal Group ) was our Principal for Pigments.
In 1980 we set up our own manufacturing base.
In 1985 after the untimely death of Mr. J.D.Barai, the management of Jaygroup was taken over by
his wife Mrs. P.J.Barai ( M.A ). In 1989, she was behind us being the first small-scale industry
to start manufacturing Vat Pastes in Western India. She trained and groomed her son Manish J. Barai
( B.Com, M.B.A ) who is currently managing Jayygroup after her death in 2009.
We manufacture our ranges of Pigment & Vat Pastes using a mixture of Sand-Mills, Attritors,
Ball –Mills & high-speed Stirrers. We have a R.O Plant & Softener for treating water.
Quality-Control is done in our full-equipped Lab which includes a Laboratory Sand-Mill.
We believe " Customer is King " & are constantly striving to meet their expectations. We undertake
Customized Matching of shades too.
R & D – Apart from Textiles, we have developed Pigment Emulsions for : -
Paints, Paper, Rubber, Detergents & are working on Water-based Inks.
All this is done keeping in mind our commitment to a Clean & Green Environment.
All our products are Eco-Friendly.
Apart from having a network of dealers in major textile-centers of India, we also export our Vat &
Pigment Pastes directly & through merchants to all major markets.
